From Wire to
finished fasteners

Raw Wire Storage

Material yard for incoming stainless, high-tensile and mild steel wire — sorted, tagged and traceable from intake to issue. Every coil is inspected against specification at receipt, making this the first quality checkpoint of every batch we produce.

Cold Heading

75 bolt formers covering diameters from M6 to M24 — all imported from Taiwan and Germany. These multi-station headers run at high speed with exceptionally low downtime, hold tight head tolerances batch after batch, and let us push consistent volume without compromising on metallurgy or finish

Thread Rolling

We have 95 thread rolling machines for precision threading — paired with vibratory feeder attachments that keep the line running consistently with minimal manual handling. Threads are rolled, not cut — material is displaced rather than removed, which improves tensile strength, surface finish and dimensional accuracy of every fastener that leaves the line.

Nut Forming Plant

We have 28 nut formers covering a range from M5 to M30 — built around multiple die-station forming, high-speed mass production and custom nut manufacturing capability. These presses hold geometry and hardness across long, uninterrupted runs, and the multi-station setup lets us shape complex profiles in a single pass with minimal scrap.

Automatic Finishing Plant

We have 3 automatic finishing plants handling surface smoothing, deburring and edge rounding — improving both aesthetics and corrosion resistance of every part. Integrated tanks for degreasing, pickling and rinsing thoroughly clean the metal, delivering a consistent, blemish-free finish batch after batch with minimal manual touch.

Packing & Storage

The packing floor handles batch-wise packing, labelling and warehousing — and is equipped with automatic pouch packing, shrink packing and strapping machines to support the line. Every lot carries its own identification tag with full traceability, sits in dedicated warehouse zones, and is ready for dispatch the moment the order is confirmed.
