Across fifty years, Suresh Goyal and his son Lalit have built more than a fastener company — thrust bearings, Klip-Wel hose pipe clamps, wedge anchors, sewing machine parts. Every brand they’ve built sits among India’s top sellers in its category.

Mr. Suresh Goyal
A first-generation industrialist with a deep belief that manufacturing is a discipline, not a transaction. Mr. Suresh Goyal laid the foundation of the family’s first factory more than five decades ago, with the guidance of his father, Shri Mehar Chand Goyal — on a single conviction: prove yourself batch by batch, customer by customer, and never let the basics of metallurgy slip. That mindset still sets the tone for every plant the family operates today. Even now, he visits the shop floor every working day — reviewing batches, listening to the line, and quietly setting the standard the rest of the company follows.

MANAGING DIRECTOR
Mr. Lalit Goyal
The next-generation operator carrying the family’s manufacturing instinct forward. Lalit pairs the shop-floor discipline he learned at his father’s side with the commercial sharpness the business needed to scale — building the OEM relationships that put JMP on every major Indian supplier list, and competing on fair pricing and quick response without ever cutting corners on what we ship. Under his watch the plant has grown from a single fastener line into a multi-grade, multi-brand operation. He is closely involved in day-to-day operations — from production planning to quality reviews — and treats every customer commitment as a deadline that must be met.

NEXT GENERATION
Mr. Pragun Goyal
The proud son of our Managing Director, Mr. Pragun Goyal pursued Industrial Engineering at North Carolina State University, USA, and went on to intern as a Manufacturing Engineer with Bosch and Siemens in the United States. He joined the family business in 2026 — bringing with him modern process knowledge and an outside-in view of manufacturing. With his training and exposure he is already contributing to improvements across the plant, and is actively expanding our presence on the export side of the business.
